Cold to replace dry weather in Hai Duong province

Hai Duong province is forecast to be affected by strong continental high pressure from November 17 – 19, making it cloudy, sporadically drizzly, and cold at night and early in the morning; rainless, sunny, and less cloudy at noon and in the afternoon, according to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

Temperature will range between 21 – 29 degrees Celsius from November 18 – 20 but slightly drop to 18 – 27 degrees Celsius from November 21 – 24.

The continental high pressure is predicted to become stable and then weaken in the following days, resulting in sunshine by day and no rain by night.

However, it will remain cold in the evening and early morning.
