The authorities of Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province held a ceremony on June 27 afternoon to inaugurate the district martyrs' temple and technically open provincial road 395 to traffic.
The district martyrs' temple was repaired with various items upgraded, including the memorial hall, the semicircular pond, the internal road and courtyard, the entrance path, ornamental plants in the yard, and the sidewalk in front of the temple gate.
The total investment in the project was nearly 6.3 billion VND, sourced from the district's budget. The restoration reflects the Vietnamese tradition of honoring and remembering those who sacrificed for the nation.

The route, stretching 7.2 km through the communes of Vinh Hung, Tan Viet, Hung Thang, and Long Xuyen, has a total investment of over 817 billion VND. Construction began in November 2023.
Provincial road 395 was renovated to meet level-III delta road standards, with four lanes, a design speed of 60 km/h, and a road width ranging from 20 to 25 m.
The upgrade contributes to completing the district’s transportation network and reducing traffic pressure on provincial roads 394 and 392 and national highway 38.
