120 ha of lychees in Hai Duong qualify for export to high-end markets

Hai Duong province has 120 ha of lychees in 12 growing regions eligible for export to high-end markets in 2024, up one region, 10 ha in area, compared to the last crop.

Of these, there are 11 regions in Thanh Ha district and one in Chi Linh city. Total output in these regions is estimated at nearly 1,500 tons.

Lychees in the regions are all cultivated under GlobalGAP standards.

Hai Duong also has 46 VietGAP lychee regions with a total area of 550 ha. Lychees in the other regions in the province are basically cultivated under safe processes.
