According to the Division of Natural Resources and Environment of Gia Loc district, by September 28, the local authorities had cleared 114 ha of land to carry out the Gia Loc industrial park project.
The clearance of the remaining more than 60 ha of land in Hoang Dieu and Toan Thang communes and Gia Loc township has not been completed because some households have voluntarily transferred their land or not agreed to the counting and compensation option.
The district authorities are striving to finish clearing the ground of the Gia Loc industrial park project in 2022 for handover to the investor.
Nam Quang Infrastructure Development and Investment JSC. is the investor of Gia Loc industrial park with a total capital of 2,062.5 billion VND, including 309.38 billion VND from the investor.
