A lot of enterprises have not only contributed to Hai Duong’s economic development but also built large-scale projects for the province.
An interchange of Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway and provincial road 392 in Binh Giang district was officially opened to traffic on February 5, 2024. The work construction was funded by Hoa Phat Group with a budget of 321 billion VND.
This is both a gift to the government and people of Hai Duong province and a pride of Hoa Phat, according to Tran Kien Cuong, Director of Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction JSC.
The interchange is of great significance for the socio-economic development of Hai Duong as well as neighboring provinces. It is expected to promote the exploitation of the potential and advantages of dynamic industrial and specialized economic zones in Binh Giang and Thanh Mien districts in the future and, at the same time, have a part in overcoming overloading and traffic bottlenecks in Hai Duong province.
Located in the busiest place of Tu Ky and taking the lead in educational quality in the district but Tu Ky Town Primary School still encountered numerous material difficulties in previous years.
The 2024-2025 school year will be different because the school has been supported to build 15 new classrooms with a total investment of more than 20 billion VND, 10 billion VND of which was from Vietcombank Hai Duong and the rest from the district budget.
The school will also be able to build six more classrooms in 2025, according to a resolution of the provincial People’s Council. After that, it will meet criteria of a nationally-standardized school.
Over the past two decades, Vietcombank Hai Duong has funded social security activities in the province with more than 80 billion VND. The classroom construction at Tu Ky Town Primary School is one of the two ever-largest social security projects of the unit in Hai Duong province.
Last June, COMMA 18 JSC. suggested building the North-South road’s section through Kim Thanh industrial park (IP) along with the IP construction to serve operations in the IP and traffic in the area. The project will be carried out in Co Dung and Thuong Vu communes, Kim Thanh district with an estimated investment of 150 billion VND.
This year, the provincial People's Committee agreed to receive funding of Dai An JSC. to build a bridge across the Kim Son river to connect Cam Giang and Gia Loc districts.
Vingroup will also rebuild Thong Nhat Cinema at 28 Ho Chi Minh avenue in Hai Duong city with an area of more than 783 m2.
The above meaningful projects continue to affirm the growth of enterprises and entrepreneurs inside and outside the province. They have not only contributed to socio-economic development goals and created jobs for tens of thousands of workers but also accompanied the province in taking care of social security issues.
