Strengthening management of foreigners coming to Hai Duong

Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban concludes the meeting

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province Luu Van Ban on June 18 afternoon presided over a meeting on quarantine and Covid-19 prevention and control for foreigners in Hai Duong and Chi Linh cities.

The Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee required the provincial Police to be the connection body to preside and coordinate with the provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, the provincial Industrial Zones Authority, and local authorities to manage people with foreign elements coming to Hai Duong.

The provincial People's Committee Office will collaborate with the provincial Police and local authorities to daily report on a list of people with foreign elements in the province.

The official required limitations in approving and taking foreigners to businesses to work without sufficient or qualified conditions to be remedied.

The provincial Industrial Zones Authority is responsible for informing and directing enterprises not to employ unqualified laborers and foreigners. If this happens, they must bear responsibility.

Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban assigned the provincial People's Committee Office to preside over the consultation of some relevant agencies, units, and local authorities to give advice on the issuance of new regulations and rules on isolation of people with foreign elements in line with the actual situation.
