Seven key Hai Duong-based enterprises’ budget payment up 62% year on year

Seven key enterprises in Hai Duong province paid nearly 3,413 billion VND to the State budget in the first eight months of 2023, accounting for 31.5% of the total domestic budget revenue managed by the tax sector, up 62% year on year, according to the provincial Taxation Department.

Ford Vietnam Co., Ltd. recorded the highest payment to the budget, close to 2,355 billion VND, nearly three times higher than the same period in 2022, making up 69% of the total contribution of the seven enterprises.

Jaks Hai Duong Power Co., Ltd. ranked second with a payment of nearly 476 billion VND, a surge of 43% year on year.

Two companies paid more than 150 billion VND to the budget, namely Hoa Phat Steel JSC. with more than 219 billion VND and Hoa Phat Energy JSC. with close to 161 billion VND.

Last year, the seven enterprises’ contribution to the budget approximated to 4,133 billion VND, accounting for nearly 25% of the total domestic budget revenue managed by the provincial tax sector.
