Provincial Social Insurance Agency urgently supports employees, employers in difficult circumstances

As soon as the Government issued Resolution 68/NQ-CP and the Prime Minister promulgated Decision 23/QD-TTg on supporting employees and employers facing difficulties because of Covid-19, the Social Insurance Agency of Hai Duong province took a lot of specific measures to urgently bring the policies to them.

By the end of July 27, Social Insurance bodies in Hai Duong had allowed one unit to suspend payment to pension and survivorship funds for 261 employees in three months with a total amount of more than VND1.2 billion and reduced insurance for occupational accidents and diseases by over VND8.8 billion/ month for 336,150 employees of 6,586 units.

The provincial Social Insurance Agency confirmed that six employees stopping working for three units were entitled to a support of VND1 million/ person; Mai Linh Hai Duong One Member Co., Ltd. qualified for loans to pay stoppage salary to 27 employees; Hai Duong branch of Vietnam Railways and Tan Viet Phat Services and Trade Company were eligible for loans to pay production restoration salary to 405 employees; etc.
