Expansion joints of Phu Luong bridge are repaired

At 4 pm on January 11, the repair unit started to remove range poles and barriers in both directions of the bridge from Ha Noi to Hai Phong and vice versa, returning a clear surface for the bridge.

By 5 pm, the collection of poles and barriers had basically finished.

Thus, after nearly a month of local railing for repair of expansion joints, Phu Luong bridge was opened to traffic in both directions, about a week earlier than expected.

Phu Luong bridge is normally crowded with vehicles, so when the barricades narrowed its surface, traveling was more difficult, resulting in frequent traffic jams in the area.
