Hue has persistently risen to become an outstanding symbol of effective conservation of heritage sites and international cooperation.

However, the province has persistently risen to become an outstanding symbol of effective conservation of heritage sites and international cooperation, and is now making great efforts to become a centrally-run city with its own cultural "soft power".
