High labor demand in Hai Duong industrial parks

Recruitment demand of enterprises in industrial parks in Hai Duong province has posted a month-on-month increase of about 15% since early August, according to Vietnam Manpower Supply and Training JSC. in Cam Giang district.

The company attributed the labor shortage to the return of seasonal workers who are students to school.

Moreover, some businesses expanded their production scale or had more orders, thus needing additional workers.

Vietnam Manpower Supply and Training JSC. is recruiting 2,000 – 3,000 laborers for more than 10 businesses in industrial parks.

These enterprises mainly specialize in garment, electrical, electronic, and mechanical manufacturing, including the limited liability companies of Sumidenso Vietnam, NamYang Delta, Nishoku Technology Vietnam, and Vietnam Toyo Denso.

Labor demand in industrial parks is expected to continue hiking to meet year-end production and business needs.
