Hai Duong to turn cold from March 18 night

Cold air is moving south and expected to affect Hai Duong province from the night of March 18, according to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

The cold air is forecast to bring rain, even scattered showers, and cold to the province till March 19, with temperature 17 – 22 degrees Celsius.

It is likely to be rainless but still cold in the province on March 20 and 21 as the cold air becomes stable and then gradually weakens.

The province is predicted to be cloudy at night and in the morning from March 22 – 24, with light rain and fog in some areas and temperature 19 – 25 degrees Celsius.
