The weather in Hai Duong province in the next 10 days will remain cold at night and in the morning but sunny and warm in the daytime.
As cold air weakens from January 6 – 8, it will be rainless and sunny in the daytime but severely cold at night and in the morning in Hai Duong province, with temperature ranging between 13 and 20 degrees Celsius, forecast the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.
The cold air is predicted to become stronger in combination with strong westerly winds around January 9 and 10, making it cloudy and rainless with northeast winds at level 2 or 3.
It will continue to be very cold at night and in the morning, but sunny, warm, and dry during the day, with temperature 13 – 23 degrees Celsius.
People, especially the elderly and children, should keep warm in the early morning and late afternoon. Residential areas should be on guard against dry weather that can cause fires.
