The three-level portal of Hai Duong province was developed based on modern technology platforms, meeting requirements for interoperability, connectivity, and data sharing.
Hai Duong province’s three-level portal at https://haiduong.gov.vn consists of the provincial portal and component ones of departments, sectors, and People's Committees at district and commune levels.
This three-level portal replaced the previous outdated, fragmented, and poorly secured portal system in the province.
SharePoint Server 2019 technology was employed to create a powerful platform with advanced technology for the portal, allowing easy lookup.
The provincial portal and component ones are also further secured and managed with a centralized, controlled login account system.
The efficiency of the three-level portal has been initially improved since trial operation, bringing into play its function of two-way communication between the government and people and businesses, according to Director of the provincial Department of Information and Communications Nguyen Cao Thang.
“This helps create consensus in implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's law and policies, and solving people's problems,” said Thang.
The innovation of the content and form of the three-level portal contributes to publicizing administrative procedures and improving the efficiency of governmental apparatuses at all levels and helps people and businesses easily look for information on the portal.
