Hung Dao industrial park is expected to be built on more than 200 ha in Tu Ky district, Hai Duong province, with an investment of nearly 2,700 billion VND.
The People’s Committee of Hai Duong province heard a planning dossier on the construction of a new industrial park (IP) in the province’s Tu Ky district reported by the Department of Construction at its monthly meeting on January 15.
Accordingly, the IP, called Hung Dao, will be built on 212.8 ha of land, bordered by Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway and railway, agricultural land, and residential areas in the district.
This will be a multi-industry IP, with priority given to industrial production projects with high added value and such industries as construction of warehouses and workshops for rent, offices, parking lots; logistics; support services for the operation of the IP; etc.
The IP will have synchronous and modern technical infrastructure and convenient public social works, including facilities for accommodation, trading, services, culture, sports, healthcare, parks, etc. to serve laborers in the IP.
The IP is expected to be built in 36 months with a budget of nearly 2,700 billion VND.
Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau assigned the district People’s Committee to improve the planning dossier based on suggestions at the meeting.
The dossier must specify the date for the infrastructure investor to make payment to the district Site Clearance Board for rapid compensation and site clearance to build the IP, Chau said.
He also required the investor to have commitments of the time to complete the construction of the IP infrastructure and fill the IP, supply of secondary investors, etc.
