Hai Duong plans to realize three social housing projects for workers in 2023

The People’s Committee of Hai Duong province is planning to develop social housing for workers in Hai Duong province in the 2023 – 2030 period.

The provincial People’s Committee intends to propose the construction of social housing for workers and public utilities in a compensated and cleared ground covering an area of about 4.52 ha in Tu Minh ward, Hai Duong city, and Cam Doai commune, Cam Giang district, in 2023.

The committee also considers a 4.46 ha area which has been cleared for a project to build a residential area, workers’ housing, and services in Tan Truong industrial park, Cam Giang district.
