By early June 2024, Hai Duong province had finished merging its public service portal and electronic one-stop system into an information system serving the processing of administrative procedures.
The province is one of the localities that completed the mergence early in the country.
The portal and system mergence helps officials and public servants conveniently handle administrative procedures and minimize slow and late processing.
The provincial information system serving the processing of administrative procedures is currently providing 1,913 public services, including 546 full-process online public services, 932 partially online public services, and 525 online public services.
Hai Duong has implemented 43 out of 53 essential public services, and more than 96% of the information system has been connected to the system monitoring and measuring the level of service provision (EMC).
The province’s online public service portal met level A and ranked 4th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide in 2023.
