Developing, putting all administrative procedures in level-4 online public services

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has issued a plan to develop and put all eligible administrative procedures (AP) in level-4 online public services of State-run bodies in the province in 2021.

The plan set the following tasks:

- Developing and putting all eligible APs under the jurisdiction of the province in level-4 online public services;

- Regularly reviewing and integrating online public services under the jurisdiction of the province into the National Public Service Portal following a roadmap;

- Upgrading the electronic one-stop system and the provincial Online Public Service Portal to meet regulations on criteria, functions, and technical features as prescribed;

- Connecting the provincial Online Public Service Portal with public service portals or electronic one-stop information systems at ministerial level through a shared integrated platform at provincial level, meeting the single sign-on function and synchronously integrating the processing status of all AP dossiers; and

- Connecting and integrating the provincial Online Public Service with the National Public Service Portal and payment systems meeting the National Technical Regulation of the structure and format of packet data for connecting the National Public Service Portal with public service portals or electronic one-stop information systems at ministerial level and national and specialized databases.

The provincial People's Committee required departments, branches, local authorities, and units to periodically report results to the Department of Information and Communications before the 25th day of every month.
