Gia Loc industrial park covers nearly 200 ha

In which, there will be 59.49 ha in Gia Loc town, 53.73 ha in Toan Thang commune, 66.09 ha in Hong Hung commune and 18.64 ha in Hoang Dieu commune (including the old Hoang Dieu industrial cluster).

Gia Loc IP is oriented to be a centralized and diversified IP with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, luring investment in industrial production with such types as mechanical engineering, precision mechanics, electrical equipment, construction machinery and equipment, medical equipment, consumer goods, etc. and modern, advanced and environmentally friendly technology.

Upon operation, the IP will create jobs for about 20,000 people.

It will have three functional areas, consisting of an administrative and public service area, land for factories and enterprises and land for technical infrastructure.

There will not be any concentrated dumping ground in the IP. Waste from factories, enterprises and service establishments in the IP will be collected and treated in accordance with regulations, ensuring compliance with the environmental impact assessment report of the project.

Investment in Gia Loc IP project was advocated by the Prime Minister in 2021.
