According to the provincial Hydro-meteorological Station, the temperature in Hai Duong city was measured at 15.2 degrees Celsius at 7 am on the same day.
The cold wave was forecast to last until the end of December 2 with the lowest temperature 12 – 14 degrees Celsius.
From December 3, the temperature will slightly increase by 2 – 3 degrees Celsius when the cold air weakens. It will be cold at night and early in the morning.
From December 4, the cold air will be strengthened but not as strong as this time, thus it will be biting cold only at night and early in the morning.
