Extended Dai An industrial park

To date, 74.4% of land in phase 1 has been filled

The extended Dai An industrial park was established in 2007 in Tu Minh ward, Hai Duong city, and Cam Dong and Cam Doai communes, Lai Cach township, Cam Giang district.

The industrial park is located 80 km from Noi Bai international airport, 50 km from Ha Noi’s centre, 50 km from Hai Phong seaport and airport and 80 km from Cai Lan deep-water port in Quang Ninh province.

The industrial park has a scale of 416 ha, divided into two phases. Phase 1 covers an area of 189 ha, including 130 ha of leasable industrial land. To date, 74.4% of land in phase 1 has been filled. Site clearance is being conducted for phase 2 with a total area of 227 ha.

Built by Dai An Industrial Park Infrastructure Development One Member Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dai An JSC., the industrial park is a multi-industry one with no heavy industries or industries likely to cause pollution. It is planned to attract projects on electronics and telecommunications; mechanics; wood processing; glass, ceramic and porcelain production; food and beverage processing; chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and household appliances; production of new materials with nanotechnology; etc.

Investment and production enterprises in the industrial park must have advanced technological lines and standard wastewater treatment systems.
