The finer the powder, the more fragrant it is, something that could not be achieved with a stone mill in the pastBean powder is then mixed with sugar and vegetable oil. The use of vegetable oil instead of animal fat extends the shelf-life of the product (6 - 9 months instead of 3 months) since vegetable oil rarely seeps through the cake crustAfter mixing, the ingredients are molded and packaged into finished products.
