31 pupils win golds at Internet Olympiads of English

242 5th, 9th, and 11th graders in Hai Duong province have won prizes at the national round of the Internet Olympiads of English (IOE) in the 2020 – 2021 school year (83 5th graders, 65 9th graders, and 94 11th graders), according to an announcement of the Department of Education and Training.

31 out of the 242 pupils snatched gold medals. Specifically, there were 10 5th graders (four from primary schools in Hai Duong city), 10 9th graders (eight from Le Quy Don Junior High School in Hai Duong city), and 11 11th graders (all from Nguyen Trai Senior High School for Gifted Pupils).

After the provincial round of the IOE, Hai Duong had 10, eight, and three pupils in the national top 20 best scorers in the 11th, 5th, and 9th grades, respectively.
