The businesses have signed a cooperation agreement with a desire to invest in a hi-tech industrial park and a service urban area in Hai Duong province’s Chi Linh city.

Mr. Pham Xuan Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, received leaders of Guangxing Investment JSC. and Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Ltd. (China’s Taiwan) on March 29.
At the meeting, representatives of the two businesses expressed their desire to research on the planning of Chi Linh 1 hi-tech industrial park. With an area of about 325 ha, this will be a multi-functional economic-technical zone, attracting projects to study, develop and apply high technology; train hi-tech human resources; manufacture and trade hi-tech products; etc.
Guangxing Investment JSC.’s partner is Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Ltd., founded in 1970 with planning, designing, supervision and management of civil and industrial works and counseling on the development and management of real estate projects and industrial real estates as its main trades.
Guangxing Investment JSC. worked with and selected 20 Taiwanese hi-tech investors to register for the project implementation with a total capital of about 1.1 billion USD.
At the meeting, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Pham Xuan Thang welcomed the investment proposal of the two enterprises and affirmed that leaders of the province would create all favorable conditions for them to cooperate in studying the project planning and deploy investment in accordance with Vietnam’s law.
