The harvest season of u trung gai lychee in Thanh Ha has begun, several days after that of u trung trang lychee.

U trung trang and u trung gai lychee cost 90,000 VND and 45,000 VND per kilogram, respectively, on May 16.

The former is mainly sold at supermarkets as gifts, while the latter to China.

These are two varieties of early lychee, which is concentrated in Thanh Ha’s Ha Dong area, mostly Thanh Quang and Thanh Cuong communes.

A lot of Chinese traders have visited and set weighing points there.

Agricultural service cooperatives in Ha Dong area have proactively associated with many supermarkets of clean agricultural products in Ha Noi, Nghe An, and Bac Ninh for sale of Thanh Ha lychee.
