Hai Duong Medical Technical University on the morning of July 28 received 100 students and teachers of Japan National College of Nursing participating in an international nursing practice course in Vietnam.

As planned, the two sides will exchange views on the universities' operational models and the two countries' medical activity systems; learn about the programs and systems of training, health care, and the work of nurses in Vietnam; update and exchange technical advances in the medical field.

In seven days attending the course, the delegation of Japanese students and teachers will be divided into 12 groups to visit nearly 20 hospitals, communal medical stations, social protection centers, etc.

This is the 4th course co-organized by the two universities to enhance students and lecturers' practical knowledge.

Hai Duong Medical Technical University is cooperating with a number of establishments in the Netherlands, France, Australia, Japan, Canada, Finland, the World Health Organization (WHO), the Health Volunteers Overseas (HVO), and many other non-governmental organizations to strengthen facilities, renew training programs, and improve lecturers' competence.
