Hai Duong canoeing ranks third at 2020 National Rowing and Canoeing Clubs Championship

Two canoeists of Hai Duong canoeing team, Pham Hong Quan and Quach Van Manh, receive a gold medal in the men's double 500 m event

Hai Duong provincial canoeing team finished competition at the 2020 National Rowing and Canoeing Clubs Championship on July 6 afternoon, snatching an additional two silvers and one bronze.

The team ranked third with four gold, eight silver, and one bronze medals.

The four golds grabbed in the events of men's single 1,000 m, men's double 500 m, men's double 1,000 m, and K1 1,000 m.

Compared to last year's tournament, the team pocketed more medals.

The tournament took place in Da Nang from July 2 – 6 with 21 participating units.

The provincial canoeing team competed in 29 out of 36 events with 27 canoeists.
