Established in 2008, Cong Hoa industrial park is located in Cong Hoa and Van Duc wards, Chi Linh city, 65 km from Noi Bai international airport, 70 km from Ha Noi’s downtown, 50 km from Hai Phong seaport and airport, and 78 km from Quang Ninh deep-water seaport.

The industrial park has a total area of 201 ha, including 146 ha of industrial land for lease. To date, 53.6% of the industrial park has been filled.

The industrial park is planned to attract investment in hi-tech industries such as biotechnology, automation, and new materials; electronics, informatics, telecommunications, electrical equipment; material production with nanotechnology; automobile and motorcycle assembly; mechanics, agricultural and industrial machine manufacturing; fine art ceramic and porcelain industry; high-grade glass porcelain, rubber, and plastic production; etc.

Vietnam Rubber Industrial Zone and Urban Development JSC. is the investor of the industrial park.
