Chi Linh City leads the Public Administrative Reform Index for 3 consecutive years

The provincial Department of Transport has achieved 88.47 points, returning to lead the departments and sectors of the province, substituting for the provincial Industrial Zones Administration Authority in 2019. In 2017 and 2018, the provincial Dept. of Transport has consecutively kept the leading position.

The above results were announced by the provincial People's Committee. Whereby, in all the provincial departments and sectors, there are 4 agencies obtaining less than 80 points. In the district level, 7 localities scored below 80 points, of which Ninh Giang district got the lowest score, 71.69 points.

The heads of 11 departments and sectors are assessed to have successfully completed their tasks; Seven heads of the departments and sectors completed their administrative reform tasks. In the district level, the Chairmen of the People's Committees of Chi Linh city, Hai Duong city and Kinh Mon town are assessed to have successfully completed their tasks; The People's Committee chairmen of the remaining localities completed the administrative reform tasks. None of the heads failed to complete their tasks.
