Cam Giang has 2 more 3-star OCOP products

Since early this year, Cam Giang district authorities have mobilized many business households to participate in the OCOP program and instructed households having OCOP products in applying for upgrading.

The two products above participated in the 1st provincial selection phase, and the 2nd phase is scheduled for this December.

Cam Giang district will have five more products taking part in the 2nd phase, namely Cam Hung zucchini, Thach Loi rice, Tan Truong pie, dried agricultural products of Tan Huong Agricultural Product and Foodstuff Processing JSC. in Van Thai hamlet, and Thanh Tung caterpillar fungus in Cam Van commune.

Cam Dong chicken eggs of Dao Huu Thuan's family in Cam Dong commune, achieving a 3-star OCOP certificate in 2020, have been registered for star upgrading this time.

In three years (2019 – 2021), four entities in Cam Giang district joined in the OCOP program with Phu Loc sticky rice wine, Duc Chinh fresh carrots, Cam Dong chicken eggs, and seven products made from Garlica black garlic obtaining 3- and 4-star certificates.
