The infrastructure of Cam Dien - Luong Dien industrial park was synchronously and modernly planned and built

Cam Dien – Luong Dien industrial park was established in 2008 in Luong Dien and Cam Dien communes, Cam Giang district.

The industrial park is located 70 km from Noi Bai international airport, 40 km from Ha Noi’s centre, 60 km from Hai Phong seaport and airport, and 90 km from Quang Ninh deep-water seaport.

The industrial park has a total planned area of 184 ha. Phase 1 of the industrial park covers an area of 150 ha, including 110 ha of industrial land for lease. To date, the occupancy rate in the industrial park has reached 97.4%.

Industries planned to attract investment to the industrial park are electromechanics, electronics, high and clean technology, warehouses, logistics, precision mechanics, electricity, electro-refrigeration, medical equipment, pharmacy and beauty care products, food and beverage, packaging, supporting industries, automation, specialized and construction materials, software parks, high-grade clothing, footwear, and textiles.
