The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism organized an art program at the Xu Dong Cultural Center on March 4 evening to mark the 80th anniversary of the Outline of Vietnamese Culture.

The program brings the audience to natural landscapes and special relics of Hai Duong

The Outline of Vietnamese Culture – the first official document on cultural and artistic work drafted by Party General Secretary Truong Chinh – was approved in February 1943.

The idea and reality of the outline have still been valid so far.

Over the past 80 years, culture and arts have been concretized though many tasks and measures in Hai Duong, thereby promoting cultural values and the identity of the provincial people.

Delegates and a large number of people attend the program marking the 80-year Outline of Vietnamese Culture

Culture and arts became motivation for development.

Many important results in the provincial culture were achieved, forming endogenous strengths for Hai Duong to quickly and sustainably develop.

Delegates and people enjoyed the special and elaborately choreographed 1.5-hour program such as a series of songs praising the Party.

Famous singer Ngoc Son sings many songs at the program

The program also brought the audience to natural landscapes and special relics of Hai Duong through songs and dances.

The audience also enjoyed a series of songs performed by famous singer Ngoc Son, including Yeu Dan Toc Vietnam (Love for the Vietnamese Nation), Tinh Cha (Father’s Love), and Thuyen Va Bien (Boat and Sea).
