Formostar Garment Company's workers enjoy higher meal expense

At the request of the grassroots trade union, Formostar Garment (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. in Hai Duong city has increased the meal expense for workers from VND16,000 to VND18,000/ lunch.

After meals on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, each worker is given a box of fresh milk.

To ensure epidemic prevention, the company organized five lunch shifts with four people/ table (previously six people).

After each meal shift, members of the anti-epidemic monitoring team clean and disinfect tables to prepare for the new shift. There is a partition to prevent drops and keep distance on each table.

To date, the company's workers have been tested for SARS-CoV-2 four times. The firm is requesting appropriate authorities for vaccination of its employees against Covid-19 in October.

Formostar Garment (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. is employing more than 1,000 workers to produce, process, and export garments.
