Phuc Dien industrial park covers an area of 83 ha in Cam Phuc commune, Cam Giang district, including 61.3 ha of leasable industrial land. The occupancy rate in the industrial park has hit 100%.

The industrial park is located 40 km from Ha Noi downtown, 70 km from Noi Bai international airport, 60 km from Hai Phong seaport and airport, and 90 km from Cai Lan port in Quang Ninh province.

Industries planned to attract investment to the industrial park are electronics; mechanical processing and assembly; garment, textile, and consumer good production; agricultural product processing; local traditional handicrafts; manufacturing and trading of stationery plastic and electrical cable products; warehouses; etc.
