In case of reporting and complaining about offences of governmental officials, civil servants and public employees working in the "One Door" sections, people can meet with the person in charge of the sections. If the complaints are not handled, people can reflect the problems in one of the above mentioned forms.

Regulations recently issued by the provincial People's Committee on receiving and handling complaints and recommendations on administrative regulations in the province have clearly stipulated the responsibilities, deadline for receiving and handling the people’s complaints, recommendations made on newspapers, radio, social networks ...
