In which, more than 3.1 billion VND will be taken from the State budget, and the rest from socialization and other legal capital sources.
The above money will be used to research and assess market potential and investment partnership trends; build a common IP database and the province's IP website; make lists and projects to attract investment, “Hai Duong – Destination for Investors” manual, and Hai Duong IP clips in many languages; propagandize and introduce the investment environment, policies, potential, and opportunities; organize training to enhance IP competence; and support and create favorable conditions for enterprises and domestic and international cooperation on IP.
