Online connection to find jobs for export workers returning home

A staff member of the Employment Service Center contacts businesses online to exchange and provide recruitment information

The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs' Employment Service Center on May 12 organized an online job transaction session connecting Hai Duong with six provinces of Hung Yen, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Thai Binh, and Cao Bang to find jobs for export workers returning home.

Eight businesses in Hai Duong participated in recruitment, including six foreign-invested ones.

The Employment Service Center connected 150 Hai Duong laborers returning home after working abroad with enterprises in Hai Duong and the six provinces.

Most of the workers joining in the online transaction session used to work in South Korea and Japan.

The businesses mainly recruited workers in the fields of textiles and garments, electricity, electronics, leather shoes, mechanics, processing, manufacturing, etc. with many positions and attractive salaries and bonuses.

This is the first time the Employment Service Center has organized an online transaction session to find jobs for export Hai Duong laborers returning home since the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic.

It is expected that this September, the center will hold another online transaction session to create job opportunities for many workers and provide human resources for businesses inside and outside the province.
