Many businesses yet to announce Tet bonuses for workers

Regent Garment Factory Ltd. and Hoa Phat Steel JSC., which had the highest number of employees given bonuses and offered the highest bonus in the province on the occasion of the 2022 Nham Dan Tet, respectively, have also not announced 2023 Quy Mao Tet bonuses for their employees.

This year, the majority of businesses encountered difficulties in production and business and have to balance revenue and expenditure, thus unable to give a specific Tet bonus.

On the occasion of the 2022 Nham Dan Tet, an employee of Hoa Phat Steel JSC. (a private-owned enterprise) received 275 million VND, the highest Tet bonus in the province. The highest bonus for an employee of an FDI enterprise went to Regent Garment Factory Ltd. with 150 million VND.
