It is located at Km 49 of national highway 5 in Lai Cach township, Cam Giang district, 80 km from Noi Bai international airport, 50 km from Ha Noi’s centre, 50 km from Hai Phong seaport and airport, and 80 km from Quang Ninh deep-water port.

The industrial park covers a total area of 135 ha, with 60.3 ha of leasable industrial land. The occupancy rate in the industrial park has reached 33.3%.

Industries planned to attract investment to the industrial park are electricity, electronics, electro-refrigeration, mechanics, manufacturing of industrial and agricultural machines, high-tech industry, including biotechnology, new materials, and automation, and some other light industries such as woodwork, plastic and construction material production, interior decoration, food, confectionery, beer, wine, and animal feed processing, etc.
