An interchange of Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway is being built in Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province with a total budget of over 321 billion VND.

An interchange of provincial road 392 and Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway in Binh Giang district is being urgently constructed.

The work is funded by Hoa Phat Group JSC. with a total budget of over 321 billion VND.

The project includes a flyover across Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway, an underpass, bypasses, drainage, lighting, traffic, etc.
