Four Hai Duong dishes among Vietnam’s top 100 specialty dishes and gifts in 2021, 2022

Those are Gia Loc banh day (round glutinous rice cake) and Manh Hoach chicken (Kim Thanh) in the top 100 specialty dishes, Ninh Giang ramie cake and Ke Sat dry gac (Momordica cochinchinensis) pancake (Binh Giang) in the top 100 specialty gifts.

The dishes were honored by the Vietnam Record Organization (Vietkings).

Ramie cake is a famous specialty of Ninh Giang district

It is expected that the localities owning the specialty dishes and gifts listed by Vietkings will be awarded certificates at the end of the year.

Earlier, Vietkings also honored anabas vermicelli and Tu Ky ragworm in the top 100 specialty dishes and Nguyen Huong Phoenix mung bean cake in the top 100 specialty gifts in 2020.
