Employees’ wages at businesses up 4 – 7%

As surveyed by the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, monthly wages paid to employees by businesses in 2022 rose by 4 – 7% compared to 2021.


Although many businesses face difficulties, the average monthly salary of employees in the province in 2022 is higher than in 2021


One enterprise in Phu Thai industrial park, Kim Thanh district, paid an employee 171 million VND/ month, the highest salary in the province.

Foreign-invested businesses monthly paid each employee 8.2 million VND on average and at least 3.6 million VND.

The highest, average, and lowest monthly per capita wages in the private sector were 60 million VND, 7.9 million VND, and 3.7 million VND, respectively.

Among partly State-owned enterprises, one employee was paid no more than 34.5 million VND, 8.4 million VND on average, and at least 3.2 million VND each month, respectively.

One member limited liability companies whose charter capital was completely held by the State paid each employee a maximum of 52.9 million VND, 11.3 million VND on average, and a minimum of 3.6 million VND a month.
