AEON Mall Hai Duong proposed to be built in Lien Hong commune and Thach Khoi ward

The People’s Committee of Hai Duong province has permitted Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Services JSC. to prepare a dossier proposing the construction of AEON Mall Hai Duong on an area of about 3.6 ha in Lien Hong commune and Thach Khoi ward, Hai Duong city.

The provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to guide the enterprise on dossier completion.

The department shall assume the prime responsibility, coordinate with relevant departments, sectors, and units in appraisal, and report to the provincial People’s Committee for consideration and approval of investment and the investor’s implementation of the project in accordance with regulations.

AEON Mall Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Services JSC. signed a cooperation agreement to invest in the AEON Mall Hai Duong project on March 3.

This is Japan’s 60th project and 1st trade and service one in Hai Duong.
