3 Hai Duong players in Vietnamese team at SEA Games 31

According to Hung, the three Hai Duong players included in the Vietnamese table tennis team to compete in the upcoming SEA Games 31 are Nguyen Duc Tuan, Doan Ba Tuan Anh, and Bui Ngoc Lan.

This April 27, the Vietnamese table tennis team will be present in Hai Duong for training and participation in a similar tournament before the SEA Games 31 from April 30 to May 1. After that, the Vietnamese table tennis team will finalize a list of 10 players, including 5 men and 5 women.

Nguyen Duc Tuan, Doan Ba Tuan Anh, and Bui Ngoc Lan have international experience, especially Duc Tuan who is the defending champion of men's doubles with a gold medal at the SEA Games 30 in 2019 in the Philippines.

All of the three players are defending champions at the 39th National Table Tennis Championship of the Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper for PetroVietnam Cup (PVCFC) in 2021 (the highest tournament of Vietnamese table tennis).

The table tennis event of the SEA Games 31 is taking place at the provincial Gymnasium from May 13 – 20 with the participation of players from eight countries.
