The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism has selected 28 dishes and products to publish the Xu Dong – Hai Duong Cuisine – Specialties Manual.
Hai Duong city has seven dishes and products selected, focusing on two groups: mung bean cake (of six brands) and noodles with anabas.
Kinh Mon town has five dishes and products, namely That Hung orange, long cake, cai hoa vang sticky rice, onion, and garlic.
Each of the remaining localities has 1 – 3 products and dishes.
The manual will introduce the cuisine, traditional dishes, and special products of the province to domestic and foreign tourists.
The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism is requiring the Management Board of Con Son – Kiep Bac Relics and district, town, and city Divisions of Culture and Information to choose and provide information and addresses of facilities and families making the dishes and products in the localities.
