Widespread floods hit the north

Prolonged heavy rainfall caused by Typhoon Yagi has triggered widespread and severe flooding in the northern region. Many areas in Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen are submerged in water, while the rapid rise of the Red River triggers flooding in Ha Noi riverside communities.
