General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam held talks with President of Ireland Michael Higgins in Dublin on October 2, as part of his state visit to the European country from October 1-3.

Party General Secretary, President To Lam arrives in Cuba for state visit

This is To Lam's first visit to Cuba in his capacity as Party General Secretary and State President of Vietnam. Cuba is also one of the first countries the Vietnamese top leader has visited.
