Hai Duong approves over 550 billion VND social housing project
Hai Duong province has approved a social housing construction project located within the new residential area of Cam Dien – Luong Dien in Cam Giang district.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has approved a new social housing construction project.
Under the plan, three 15-storey social housing buildings will be constructed, with each building covering a footprint of 1,108 - 1,188 m2, totaling 672 apartments.
The project will also include two three-storey parking structures, outdoor infrastructure, roads, and green spaces.
The social housing project will be built in the new residential area of Cam Dien – Luong Dien, located in Phuc Dien commune, Cam Giang district.
The total investment is estimated at nearly 550.4 billion VND, with the investor required to contribute at least 30% of the total capital.
This project aims to meet the housing needs of low-income earners, industrial park workers, and other eligible groups as defined by law. At the same time, it is expected to ensure architectural and landscape harmony, contribute to ensuring social welfare, and create momentum for local socio-economic development.
