Hai Duong’s State budget revenue exceeds growth target by 18%

Total State budget revenue in Hai Duong province in the first half of 2025 is estimated to exceed 19.5 trillion VND, equal to 71% of the year’s estimate, up 35% over the same period in 2024, and 18% higher than the 2025 growth target (16.51 trillion VND), according to the Department of Finance.
Of this, domestic revenue is estimated at 17.313 trillion VND, reaching 73% of the year’s estimate and up 38% compared to the same period last year.
Notably, land use fee collection is estimated at 5.813 trillion VND, meeting 70% of the target and surging by 73% year-on-year.
Revenue from import-export activities is estimated at 2.205 trillion VND, or 57% of the estimate, rising by 16% from the same period last year.
During the same period, total State budget expenditure in the province is estimated at 12.74 trillion VND, equal to 51% of the year’s estimate and more than double the figure of the same period last year.
The Department of Finance attributes the high budget revenue to the provincial authorizes’ proactive and practical measures to support businesses, such as helping them build brand identity and improve product quality to meet international standards.
The provincial departments and sectors also worked closely with businesses and advised the provincial authorities on resolving difficulties in attracting investment, implementing construction projects, and developing production and business activities.
