Hai Duong to build martyrs’ temple and cultural park with 200 billion VND
The work will cover an area of approximately 2.5 ha, including a martyrs’ temple, two stele houses, a memorial monument, and a central grassy hill.

The People’s Committee of Hai Duong province has approved a project to build the provincial martyrs’ temple and cultural park in Tan Hung ward, Hai Duong city.
The work will cover an area of approximately 2.5 ha, including a martyrs’ temple, two stele houses, a memorial monument, and a central grassy hill.
In addition, the site will feature auxiliary facilities such as a service building, rest pavilions, public restrooms, a technical building, green spaces, walking paths, a parking lot, and associated technical infrastructure.
The project is managed by the provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and has a total investment of 200 billion VND, sourced from the provincial budget.
Construction is scheduled to run from now through 2026.
